Product Revisions

Icons Used:

• ?️ Edit Icon: Allows users to edit the revision.
• ? Search Icon: Enables users to search for specific revisions.
• ? Pen Icon: Indicates the option to rename a revision.
• ? Bell Icon: Represents notifications or alerts.
• ?️ Trash Can Icon: Indicates the option to delete a revision.
• ? Refresh Icon: Used for refreshing or updating data.
• ? Clipboard Icon: Signifies duplication or copying.
• ? Upward Arrow Icon: Indicates sorting or moving upwards.
• ? Downward Arrow Icon: Indicates sorting or moving downwards.
• ? Chat Icon: Opens a chat panel for discussion.
• ? Person Icon: Represents user-related actions or interactions.
• ? Box Icon: Represents product-related actions or interactions.

Components and Features:

1. Header Section:

   • Displays the product name and number of revisions.
   • Includes a search bar for filtering revisions.

2. Revision Table:

   • Displays a table containing revisions.
   • Columns:
     • Title: Name of the revision.
     • Last Modified: Date and time of the last modification.
     • Status: Status of the revision (Created, Pending, Rejected, Approved).
     • Action: Icons for various actions (Edit, Approval, Chat, More Options).

3. Action Icons:

   • Edit Icon (?️): Allows users to edit the revision.
   • Approval Icon (?): Sends the revision for approval to a Key Account Manager (KAM).
   • Chat Icon (?): Opens a chat panel to discuss the revision.
   • More Options Icon (?): Reveals additional options like Rename, Duplicate, and Delete.

4. Chat Panel:

   • Opens when the Chat Icon is clicked.
   • Displays a list of previous chats related to the revision.
   • Users can send new messages and view timestamps.

5. Modal Windows:

   • Rename Modal (?): Allows users to rename a revision.
   • Duplicate Modal (?): Creates a duplicate of the selected revision.
   • Approval Modal (?): Sends the revision for approval to a KAM.
   • Delete Confirmation Modal (?️): Confirms deletion of a revision.

6. Functionalities:

   • Filtering (?): Users can filter revisions by searching or by status (Created, Pending, Rejected, Approved).
   • Editing (?️): Users can edit existing revisions.
   • Approval (?): Users can send revisions for approval to KAMs.
   • Chat (?): Users can engage in discussions related to revisions.
