Overview
The Commercial Template Specific View page allows users to manage templates associated with a specific task within the commercial workspace.
User Flow
Accessing the Page
- Users navigate to the Commercial Template Specific View page from the commercial workspace interface.
Page Layout
- The page consists of a header section, a search bar, and a table displaying templates.
Header Section
- The header displays the task name and the number of templates associated with it.
- Users can click on the back button to return to the previous page.
Search Functionality
- Users can search for specific templates using the search bar.
- As users type in the search bar, the table dynamically updates to display matching templates.
Template Table
- The table lists templates based on the search criteria.
- Each row represents a template and includes columns for type, status, and actions.
Template Actions
- View Template: Users can click on the eye icon (VisibilityIcon) to view the details of a template.
- More Options: Users can click on the three-dot icon (MoreVertIcon) to access additional actions for a template, such as editing or deleting.
No Templates Placeholder
- If no templates are found based on the search criteria, a placeholder message with an option to add a new template is displayed.
User Actions and Handling
Searching Templates
- Users can enter keywords in the search bar to filter and find specific templates quickly.
- The table updates in real-time as users type, providing a seamless search experience.
Viewing Template Details
- By clicking on the eye icon (VisibilityIcon), users can view detailed information about a template, such as its type and status.
Additional Actions
- Users can access more actions for a template by clicking on the three-dot icon (MoreVertIcon).
- The dropdown menu provides options like editing, deleting, or performing other relevant actions based on user permissions.
Adding New Templates
- If no templates are found or users want to add a new template, they can click on the "Add" button in the placeholder section.
- This action redirects users to the template creation or addition interface.
