Technical Revision Work

  1. Task Management:

    • Default revision is displayed.
    • Users can work on this revision by clicking the pencil icon, leading to another page displaying:
      • Specifications
      • Attributes
      • Documents
    • Users  cannot directly modify this revision but can duplicate it or save changes as a new revision.
    • Duplicating a revision creates a new file with changes, leaving the original unchanged.
  2. Revision Actions:

    • Create: After duplicating, status changes to "Create."
    • Message: Users  can chat with User min regarding specific revisions.
    • Actions (Available only when Status is "Create"):
      • Send for Approval
      • Rename (Rename the revision name)
      • Duplicate (Creates a duplicate with a new name)
      • Delete Duplicate Entry (Deletes duplicated entries)
      • Download (Downloads the entire revision)
      • Delete (Deletes the revision)

Attribute Management:

  1. Attributes Tab:

    • Name: Displays attribute names.
    • Type: Technical or Commercial.
    • Unit: Add units by clicking the unit field and selecting from the dropdown or adding a new unit.
    • Value
    • Remark: Additional remarks can be added.
  2. Attribute Actions:

    • Search for specific attributes by name.
    • Add new columns or edit existing ones.
    • Add new attributes by clicking the "+ Add Attribute" button at the bottom.

Sending Revisions for Approval:

  1. Click the three dots icon for options.
  2. Choose "Send for Approval."
  3. Add comments if necessary in the modal and click "Send."
  4. Successful submission displays "Approval Sent to User" with status set to "Pending."
  5. Once approved by the User, status changes to "Approved."
