Assigned Tasks :
The Task Assignment Panel is a feature within our system designed to streamline task management and collaboration between Superadmins, Admins, and Vendors. This document provides an overview of its functionalities and usage instructions.
1. Access and Permissions:
Access to the Task Assignment Panel is exclusively granted to Superadmins upon registration.
Superadmins are empowered to create tasks and incorporate predefined templates such as Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, and Shipping Terms prior to task creation.
2. Creating Tasks:
Superadmins commence task creation by navigating to the Task Assignment Panel.
Before task creation, Superadmins can select and incorporate relevant templates for Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, and Shipping Terms.
These templates ensure that essential contractual and logistical details are pre-populated for each task.
3. Assigning Tasks:
Following task creation and template inclusion, Superadmins proceed to assign tasks to specific Admins within the system.
Admins are automatically notified via email upon task assignment, prompting them to initiate work on the designated task.
4. Admin Workflow:
Admins access their assigned tasks through their dedicated Admin portal.
Upon reviewing task details, Admins are presented with the pre-included Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, and Shipping Terms templates to guide their work.
Admins commence task execution while adhering to the stipulations outlined in the incorporated templates.
5. Vendor Collaboration:
Upon completion of the task by Admins, they may choose to involve Vendors for further processing or execution.
Vendors are granted access to task-related documents and templates, allowing them to seamlessly integrate their contributions.
6. Creating Commercial Task:
Once the task, inclusive of Vendor contributions, is finalised, Admins conduct a comprehensive review to ensure adherence to requirements.
Admins then submit the completed task, along with any pertinent documents and templates, to Superadmins for final approval.
7. Superadmin Review:
Superadmins receive the finalised task along with associated documents and templates for conclusive review.
Following a meticulous evaluation, Superadmins either approve the task or request revisions, thereby concluding the task lifecycle.
