- Import Term Tab inside the Assigned Task Tab.
- Click on the Add Button to create a task.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Title: Enter the title of the task.
- Description: Add a description for the task.
- Start Date: Automatically selected, but superadmins can modify it.
- End Date: Select the deadline for the task.
- Status: By default, set to "TODO," but you can modify it by clicking the arrow icon.
- Select Priority: Choose from three options: high, medium, or low.
- Assignee: This is pre-filled with the creator's name.
- Upload Files: Attach any necessary documents here.
- Assigned To: Click the plus icon (+) to open a modal box and select the admin you want to assign the task to.
- Please Select a Category: Choose the appropriate category, subcategory, and part.
- Superadmins can also add comments (messages) using the comment box and then click the send icon.
- Finally, click on the Create Task button to complete the process.
- The task will be created and assigned to the selected admin, who will receive an email notification.
