Technical Task Creation

  1. Import Term Tab inside the Assigned Task Tab.
  2. Click on the Add Button to create a task.
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Title: Enter the title of the task.
    • Description: Add a description for the task.
    • Start Date: Automatically selected, but superadmins can modify it.
    • End Date: Select the deadline for the task.
    • Status: By default, set to "TODO," but you can modify it by clicking the arrow icon.
    • Select Priority: Choose from three options: high, medium, or low.
    • Assignee: This is pre-filled with the creator's name.
    • Upload Files: Attach any necessary documents here.
    • Assigned To: Click the plus icon (+) to open a modal box and select the admin you want to assign the task to.
    • Please Select a Category: Choose the appropriate category, subcategory, and part.
  4. Superadmins can also add comments (messages) using the comment box and then click the send icon.
  5. Finally, click on the Create Task button to complete the process.
  6. The task will be created and assigned to the selected admin, who will receive an email notification.
