Technical Parts Import

  • To import e-commerce parts into the portal, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Ecom Import" button to open a modal box.

  2. Select the desired category and subcategory from the options provided.

  3. After selecting the category and subcategory, click on the "Add Parts" button to initiate the import process.





Click to the File Import button and select category subcategory and import the Parts  XL file

    Overview

The Super Admin Parts Management page allows super administrators to manage parts within the system. This includes importing parts, viewing, editing, and deleting parts as necessary.

    Key Features

  1. Search Parts

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific parts by name.

  1. Import Parts

  • Click on the "Ecom Import" button to import parts from an external source.

  • Optionally, you can also use the "File Import" button to import parts from a file.

  1. View Parts List

  • The main table displays a list of parts with columns for Name, Created on, and Actions.

  1. Edit Part

  • To edit a part, click on the edit icon (pencil icon) in the Actions column next to the respective part.

  1. Delete Part

  • To delete a part, click on the delete icon (trash bin icon) in the Actions column next to the respective part.

  • A confirmation dialog will appear before deleting the part permanently.

  1. More Options

  • Click on the three-dot icon (vertical ellipsis) in the Actions column to access more options for a part.

  • Additional options may include assigning tasks or adding parts to approved quantities.

  1. Assign Tasks

  • Click on the "Assign" option in the More menu to assign tasks related to the selected part.

  1. Add to Approved Parts

  • If a part is not yet approved, you can add it to the approved parts list from the More menu.

  1. Approved Quantity

  • Click on the "Add to parts" option in the More menu to specify approved quantities for the part.


Instructions

  1. Search Parts

    • Enter a keyword or part name in the search bar to filter the parts list.

  2. Import Parts

    • Use the "Ecom Import" or "File Import" button to add new parts to the system.

  3. View Parts

    • Explore the parts list to view details such as part name and creation date.

  4. Edit Part

    • Click on the edit icon next to a part to edit its details.

  5. Delete Part

    • Use caution when deleting parts as it's a permanent action.

    • Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears.

  6. Assign Tasks

    • Assign tasks related to parts by selecting the "Assign" option and providing necessary details.

  7. Add to Approved Parts

    • If a part needs to be approved, use the "Add to parts" option and specify approved quantities.

  8. Approved Quantity

    • Specify minimum and maximum quantities for approved parts using the modal that appears.
