Invite Admin

Admin Introduction:

• The Admin Displayed Page is a part of the application's admin management system.

• It allows SuperAdmin to view, manage, and interact with administrators within the system.

Navigation:

• SuperAdmin can access the Admin Displayed Page by navigating to the relevant section in the application's navigation menu or dashboard.

Search Functionality:

• SuperAdmin can search for specific administrators using the search bar at the top of the page.

• Simply type in the name or email address of the admin you are looking for, and the system will filter the results accordingly.

Invite New Admin:

• To invite a new administrator, SuperAdmin can click on the "Invite" button located at the top right corner of the page.

• This opens a modal where SuperAdmin can enter the email address of the new admin they wish to invite.

• Upon successful invitation, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Admin List:

• The main table on this page displays a list of all administrators currently registered in the system.

• SuperAdmin can see the name, email address, and last active date of each admin in the list.

• Admins who have never logged in are indicated accordingly.

Actions:

• For each admin in the list, SuperAdmin can perform the following actions:

  • Delete: SuperAdmin can delete an admin by clicking on the delete icon next to their entry in the list. A confirmation dialog will appear before deletion.

  • Resend Invite: If an admin has not logged in yet, SuperAdmin can resend the invitation by clicking on the resend invite icon next to their entry.

Sorting:

• SuperAdmin can sort the admin list by clicking on the headers of the table columns (e.g., Name, Email ID, Last Logged In).

• Clicking on a header toggles between ascending and descending order based on the selected column.
