RFQ SuperAdmin - Vendor Flow

Admin Dashboard

1. User Requests for Product

   • User requests are displayed in the Admin Dashboard under the RFQs tab, specifically in the RFQ List.

   • Fields displayed for the admin include:

     • Order ID

     • Buyer Details

     • Product Information

     • Submission Date

     • Status

     • Actionable items.

   • Search Box: Enables admin to search for products.

   • Icons:

     • Delete Icon: Removes a specific request.

     • Edit Icon (Pencil Icon): Edits product-related details.

     • Comment Icon: Opens a chat for product-specific communication with the user.

     • Message Icon: Allows admin to send messages to users regarding the product.

2. Viewing Details and Sending Requests

   • View Details Icon (Eye Icon): Opens a modal displaying the Pricing Table and Factors (Admin cannot change).

   • Send Icon: Opens a modal to Select Vendor and send the request to them.

Sending to Vendor and Interaction:

• Once sent to the vendor, the request appears in the Send to Vendor tab.

• Admin can:

  • Click on the View Icon (Eye Icon) to view product details.

  • Delete the product from being assigned to a vendor.

  • Chat with the vendor:

    • View Icon: Opens the product-related details.

    • Message Icon: Enables chatting with the vendor for the specific product.

Icon Navigation:

• Utilise icons for key actions like deleting, editing, commenting, messaging, viewing details, and sending requests.

• Ensure clear navigation between pages and modals for a seamless user experience.

• Icons to include:

  • Delete (for removing items)

  • Edit (for editing details)

  • Comment (for communication)

  • Message (for sending messages)

  • View Details (for detailed information)

  • Send (for sending requests)

  • Chat (for vendor communication).

This structured approach with icons and clear navigation will help users easily understand and navigate the RFQ Admin-Vendor flow within the system.
