Adding Products to the Website

  1. Accessing Product Registration:

  • Upon logging in as a KAM, look for the "Product Registration" or "Add Product" section. This section is where you can initiate the process of adding new products to the organisation's inventory.



  1. Entering Organization Name:

  • In the product registration form, you'll typically find a field to input the organisation's name. This helps in categorising products under the respective organisation within the system.



  1. Selecting Category, Subcategory, and Product:

  • Within the product registration form, there should be options to select the category, subcategory, and specific product that you intend to add.

  • Categories and subcategories help organise products systematically, making it easier for users to browse and find relevant items.



   4.  Viewing Product Details and Images:

  • Once you've selected a product, the system may display its details along with any associated images. These details might include product specifications, descriptions, pricing, and availability.

  • Review these details carefully to ensure accuracy before proceeding.



   5. Confirming Selection:

  • After reviewing the product details and images, confirm your selection by checking for any errors or discrepancies.

  • If everything looks correct, proceed to the next step. If there are any changes required, you may have the option to edit the selection before confirmation.




6. Finalising Registration:

  • Click on the "Register" or "Add Product" button to finalise the registration process.

  • Upon clicking this button, the system will process your request and add the selected product to the organisation's inventory.

  • Depending on the website's workflow, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that the product registration was successful.



7. Verification and Approval (if applicable):

  • In some cases, newly registered products may require verification or approval by an administrator before they are made available on the website.

  • If verification or approval is required, the system will notify you of the status of your product registration request.

  • Once approved, the product will be accessible to users on the website.


8. Managing Registered Products:


  • After successfully registering products, you may have access to a dashboard or interface where you can manage and edit the details of registered products.

  • Utilise this feature to update product information, images, pricing, or availability as needed.
