KAM accesses the User Tab in the portal.

KAM fills in the required information for adding a user or v including email address, role, designation, and assigned workspace.

Once all information is filled, KAM clicks the "Invite" button to send an invitation email to the specified email address.




2. User Invitation and Registration:


Users receive an invitation email containing a registration link.

Upon receiving the email, users click on the registration link to proceed with registration.

If the user has never logged in before, they are directed to the registration page to create an account by providing necessary details such as username, password, etc.

After successful registration, the user is logged into the portal automatically.






3. Never Logged In Message:


If the user has been invited but has never logged in, a message is displayed in the KAM portal indicating "Never logged in."

This message serves as an indication to the KAM that the user has not yet accessed the portal or completed registration.





4. Tracking User Login Activity:


The portal tracks user login activity, recording the exact time when users log in.

If a user has logged in before, the portal displays the date and time of their last login activity.

This information provides KAM with insights into user engagement and activity within the portal.
