- Revision Name: Displayed at the top left.
- Message Icon: Vendors can click this icon to add comments (messages) related to the revision.
- Clicking the message icon opens a right-side panel displaying previous chats.
- To add a new comment, type in the input box and click the send button. The comment will be sent to the KAM.
- To download the chat, click the download icon. The chat will be downloaded successfully.
Steps:
- Click the message icon.
- Open the chat panel (box).
- Click the download icon.

Attribute Tab Overview
The Attribute Tab component is designed to display and manage attributes in a tabular format. It supports various attribute types, including text, number, date, Boolean, range, and single select. Users can view and edit attribute values, add remarks, and see approver remarks.

How to Use
1. Table Structure
• The table has columns for "Sr No.", "Name", "Type", "Unit", "Value", "Remark", and additional columns as per configuration.
• Each row represents an attribute with its details and vendor values.
2. Attribute Types
• NUMBER: Accepts numeric values with rules like LESS, MORE, and EQUAL.
• TEXT: Accepts text values.
• DATE: Accepts date values with rules like LESS, MORE, and EQUAL.
• BOOLEAN: Accepts YES or NO values.
• RANGE: Accepts values within a specified range.
• SINGLESELECT: Accepts a single value from a predefined list.
3. Vendor Value Input
• Vendor values are displayed in the table under the corresponding attribute.
• The VendorValueInput component handles the validation and background color based on rules:
• Green background for valid values.
• Red background for invalid values.
• Editable fields allow vendors to input their values.
4. Approver Remarks
• The approver remarks section displays remarks added by approvers.
• Each remark shows the content and the approver's name and email.
• The remarks are displayed using the ReactQuill component in read-only mode.
5. Add Remark
• Non-KAM users can add remarks using a textarea provided at the bottom of the table.
• If the approval status is not "APPROVAL" or "REJECTED", users can input their remarks.
• A toast message is shown if users try to add remarks after a decision has been made.
Document Tab
Display: Shows documents related to this revision.
Add New Document:
- Click the + Add button to open a modal (box).
- Fill in the fields, including the document name.
- Click the Browse button or drag and drop your file.
- To add a normal document, click the Add button. The document will be uploaded.
- To mark the document as confidential, check the Mark as Confidential checkbox and then click the Add button. The document will be uploaded successfully.
Download Document:
- Click the download icon in the document row to download the document.
Update Document Name:
- You can update the document name.
Save Revision Changes:
- Click the Save button, then click Update and Save to save your changes.
Download Entire Revision:
- Click the three dots icon to open the dropdown menu, then select Download.
Send Revision to KAM for Approval:
- Click the three dots icon to open the dropdown menu, then select Send for Approval.
- A modal (box) will open. Add a comment and click the Send button to send the revision to the KAM for approval.
