  1. Task Creation and Assignment:


  • Admin: Admin has the authority to create new tasks within the Technical Specification workspace. They can initiate tasks related to defining technical specifications for procurement projects.

  • Admin: While Admin can create tasks, it's typically the responsibility of the admin to assign tasks to Admin  based on their expertise and workload.


Create Task :-






  1. Task Management:


  • Admin  : Admin  can edit tasks they have created or assigned to themselves. They can update task details, add comments, attach files, and mark tasks as complete or in progress.

  • Admin: Admins oversee task progress and provide support or guidance as needed. They can view all tasks within the workspace but do not edit tasks assigned to Admin  .



  1. Task Deletion:


  • Admin  : Admin  has the ability to delete tasks they have created or tasks assigned to them. This allows them to manage their task list efficiently.

  • Admin: Admins do not have the authority to delete tasks assigned to Admin  . However, they can intervene if task deletion is necessary for organisational reasons.





  1. Communication Features:


  • Comments and Chats: Both Admin  and admins can communicate with each other within the Technical Specification workspace through comments or chat messages associated with each task.

  • Admin  can ask questions, provide updates, or seek clarification from admins regarding task requirements.

  • Admins can provide feedback, answer questions, or offer guidance to Admin  to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.


  1. Visibility and Access Control:


  • Admin : Admin  has full visibility into all tasks within the Technical Specification workspace. They can view tasks created by other Admin  and communicate with admins as needed.

  • Admin: Admins have full visibility into all tasks within the workspace. They can monitor task progress, provide feedback, and communicate with Admin  to facilitate the completion of tasks.
