Commercial Terms Import

• The Import Term tab allows users to manage categories, templates, and import terms for various sections of the Rate Contract Portal.

Terms

1. Import or Create Category and Templates:

• Users can import existing categories and templates or create new ones.

• This action is performed to organise and manage terms efficiently.

2. Get All Imported Templates Page:

• Displays a page listing all imported templates.

• Users can perform further actions on these templates.

Functionality

Create Category:

• Clicking on the first button enables users to create a new category.

• Users input the category details such as name, description, etc., and save it.

Import Templates:

• Clicking on the second button allows users to import templates into the portal.

• Templates related to Payment Terms, Shipping Terms, and Delivery Terms can be imported.

Viewing Term Information

Clicking on a Term:

• Users can click on any term to view its information.

• The information includes details about the term and its commercial revision.

Uploading Files

Commercial Revision:

• Upon viewing term information, users can upload files related to the commercial revision of that term.

• This allows for documentation and version control.
