- Import Part Tab: Located inside the Approvals Revision section.
- Approve Technical Revision: Within this section, superadmins can approve technical revisions.
- Click on the View Icon (Eye icon) to navigate to another page.
- On this page, superadmins can perform the following actions:
- Approve: Approve the revision.
- Reject: Reject the revision.
- Edit: Make edits to the revision.
- Delete: Delete the revision.
- Add Attribute: Add attributes to the revision.
- Search Attribute: Search for specific attributes.
- Add Document: Add documents, which can be of two types: normal or confidential.
- To add a document:
- Click on the Documents Tab, then click on the + Add Button at the top. A box will open where you can add the name and file.
- Additionally, there is a Mark as Confidential checkbox. Selecting this checkbox marks the document as confidential; otherwise, it remains normal.
- After adding the document, click the Add Button to successfully add it.
- You can also click the Save Button, which opens a dropdown list with the following options:
- Update & Save: Save changes to the same file.
- Save As: Opens a modal box where you can update the filename and save changes as a new file.
- Clicking on the three dots (...) opens a dropdown list with more options:
- Rename: Rename the filename.
- Duplicate: Create a duplicated file.
- Update & Save: Save changes to the same file.
- Delete Duplicate Entry: Delete all duplicated attributes.
- Download: Download the file.
- Delete: Delete this file.
- When the superadmin clicks the Approve Button, a modal box opens where they can fill in the min-max value and click the Submit Button to approve the revision successfully.
